Service Agreement

1. Agreement Overview 

 This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) shall be jointly observed by Red Dragon Sky LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). By using the services provided by the Company, the User agrees to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

 2. Service Content 

 The services provided by the company include, but are not limited to:

 Customer Support 

 Refund and Return/Exchange Processing 

 

 3. User Responsibility 

 

 Users must provide true and accurate personal information and update it in a timely manner. 

 Users shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and the terms of this agreement when using the service. 

 Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and must not disclose account information to partner vendors. 

 

 4. The Company’s Rights and Obligations 

 

 The company reserves the right to modify the service content and terms as needed and will notify users in a timely manner. 

 The company shall guarantee the quality of the goods it provides and assume corresponding responsibilities within the scope of the law. 

 The company will do its best to provide efficient customer support, but cannot guarantee that services will be uninterrupted at all times. 

 

 5. Refund and Return Policy

 6. Intellectual Property 

 All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights mentioned in this agreement are the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be used by users without authorization. 

 7. Disclaimer 

 The company is not liable for service interruptions or information loss caused by force majeure, network failures, technical problems, or other reasons. 

 8. Applicable Law 

 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising therefrom shall be settled amicably through negotiation. If such negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in the People’s Court of the place where the company is located. 

 9. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement 

 The company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, and the modified agreement will be published on the company’s website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
