Refund Request
1. Confirm refund eligibility
Before submitting a refund request, please ensure your purchase qualifies for a refund, including but not limited to:
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
You can apply for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
2. Log in to your account

3. Find Orders
On your account homepage, find the “My Orders” or “Order History” option to view the orders for which you wish to request a refund.
4. Submit a refund request
Select the order for which you wish to request a refund and click the “Request Refund” button. Fill out the refund request form, including the following information:
Order Number
Reason for refund (Please select the applicable option or provide a detailed description)
Refund method (such as the original payment method or other methods)
5. Upload relevant files
If necessary, upload relevant supporting documents (such as product photos, proof of purchase, etc.) to support your refund request.
6. Submit the application
After confirming that all information is correct, click the “Submit Application” button. The system will then display a message indicating that the application has been successfully submitted.
7. Awaiting review
Red Dragon Sky Limited will review your refund request after receiving it, which typically takes 3-5 business days. You will be notified of the review results.
8. Refund Processing
Once approved, the refund will be processed according to your chosen method. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
