Return and exchange process
1. Confirm eligibility for returns and exchanges
Before applying for a return or exchange, please ensure your purchase meets the following conditions:
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
2. Log in to your account
Visit the official website of Red Dragon Sky LIMITED and log in to your personal account using the email address and password you used during registration.
3. Find Orders
On your account homepage, find the “My Orders” or “Order History” option to view the orders you wish to return or exchange.
4. Submit a return/exchange request
Select the order you wish to return or exchange, and click the “Apply for Return/Exchange” button. Fill out the return/exchange application form, including the following information:
Order Number
Reason for return/exchange (Please select the applicable option or detailed description)
Choose to return or exchange
5. Upload relevant files
If necessary, upload relevant supporting documents (such as product photos, proof of purchase, etc.) to support your return or exchange application.
6. Submit the application
After confirming that all information is correct, click the “Submit Application” button. The system will then display a message indicating that the application has been successfully submitted.
7. Awaiting review
Red Dragon Sky Limited will review your return/exchange request after receiving it, which typically takes 3-5 business days. You will be notified of the review results.
8. Returns and exchanges
Returns: After approval, please return the item to the address provided by customer service. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
Exchange: After the application is approved, customer service will guide you on how to exchange the item and arrange for a new item to be shipped.
